Acceptable use

  • You will not use the service to selectively solicit only positive reviews, request five-star reviews, request specific review wording, or pressure guests to leave reviews while still on premises.
  • You will not condition any reward, discount, or gift on a guest leaving, editing, or removing a public review.
  • You will not send commercial electronic messages to guests without their explicit, separate marketing consent and an unsubscribe mechanism that meets local law (CASL, CAN-SPAM, ePrivacy, TCPA, etc.).
  • You will respect guest opt-outs immediately.
  • You will not use the service to harass, defame, or retaliate against guests.

Violations of acceptable use may result in feature suspension or account termination. Audit logs are retained.

Service

We provide the platform "as is" with reasonable care. Service-level commitments, indemnification, and liability caps are described in the master services agreement provided to paid customers.
